SUNY at Buffalo: Study Habits and Test Anxiety

As the education world becomes more focused on assessments and data-driven decision-making, we need to make sure that the data we get accurately reflects what the students know.  Many students do poorly on tests even though they study hard.  Test anxiety is very real and causes many bright students to bomb on tests.

Today’s netTrekker Site of the Day offers some tips about how students can create good study environments, and how to recognize, address and overcome test anxiety. Although this site was created with college students in mind, students of all levels can benefit from the tips given.
