Discipline by Design: The Honor Level System
Find out how to use positive and proactive discipline as part of your classroom management. This site’s purpose is to sell its honor level system for use in primarily middle schools, but it also includes many resources that reference discipline ideas. On a personal note, the middle school where I taught used the Honor Level system for over ten years and we certainly found that it helped school environment because the standardization of discipline across all teachers and grades was a great advantage. Perhaps the best part was the way students received recognition being on Honor Level One.
