American High: Creating Great Audio for Video
Here’s a lesson plan that will teach students how to make quality recordings of human speech. The plan lays out the equipment necessary for this lesson, lists the concepts covered by the lesson plan, and outlines the procedure to follow. There is even an extension activity as well as ideas on how to evaluate the students’ work. Emphasis is on how to understand ambience ratio and noise ratio. The lesson comes in PDF format so you can print it out. There are also links to other lessons to use for teaching the making of great videos.
